Once upon a time...

Once thought lost to time, the Great Yorkshire Circus has been brought back to life through a chance discovery.

While exploring an old ledger, we stumbled upon a dusty key which led us to a hidden barn. Inside lay a hidden world of circus history. Costumes, posters and props, all covered in dust, with the faint echo of laughter still clinging to the walls. The circus had been there all along, waiting.

Now carefully restored, the Great Yorkshire Circus invites you to step away from the everyday and into a world of wonder. Featuring thrilling acrobatics, hilarious clowning, dazzling costumes, music, this family show celebrates the magic of traditional circus.

Follow the lights and join us under the big top, where the magic lives again.
